Heard from Luis this morning! We even got to see him for a few minutes on the webcam! He is doing pretty good, as well as can be expected. They are in a very "touchy" spot right now, so really keep him and his guys in your prayers! It is very different from Iraq, they have no running water and basic things like that, but at least it's better than the last time he was in Afghanistan. This time he has a tent to sleep in!

The State Fair 6-14-09

We went to the state fair! Raine went on her first ride by herself, the merry-go-round.

We all went on the Ferris Wheel. It was gorgeous to see the view of Pearl Harbor and the mountains!

Pool Party! 6-13-09

This is the Operartion Homefront pool party. Operation Homefront is an organization that does activities and get togethers for the spouses and children of deployed Marines and Sailors. We had lots of fun, food, and sun!

Adia hurt her arm , but it wasn't broken, thank God!

Adia took knife painting classes in Honolulu from a local artist, and she did great.

Raine- ballet- May 2009

Here are pictures of Raine's Christmas show. She and her class danced to "I saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus". She LOVES to dance!

Raine has been doing ballet/tap for almost a year now and is doing great! She is best in class. These pictures are of her spring show. Her class danced to Micheal Jackson's "Wanna be Startin' Somethin".
